Noontootla Creek Farms - Private Water
Noontootla Creek Farms lies in a high elevation valley just south of Blue Ridge, Georgia. This 1200 acre working farm has approximately 2 miles of Noontootla Creek running through the property. This crystal clear trout stream flows off of the north side of the Chattahoochee National Forest. This water provides great fishing for larger than average wild and stocked trophy managed rainbow trout, brown trout, and occasional brook trout. Fish will usually average 20 inches in length and can go well over that. The fishing here can be technical when the water is clear or much easier when the water is high and off color. This stream is better suited for the more experienced angler. Fly Fishing Only. Catch and Release Only water. A five weight or larger rod required. Hulsey Fly Fishing can provide both Half Day and Full Day trips over there. All equipment provided for trips. Guided fly fishing trips can be had on Noontootla Creek Farms year round. Summer terrestrial fishing here is fantastic. This water is a great option for corporate or family groups.
